The Cowshed Boutique Bunkhouse is a new style of Hostel. Created with a sharp eye for design and comfort it provides a luxurious but friendly retreat from the wilderness of the Isle of Skye. There are stunning views of the Isle and the sea through the large picture windows that surround the main living and dining space.

A large wood burning stove and comfortable furniture make for a warm and cosy environment. Even the bunk beds themselves have been custom made to provide the perfect sleeping spot complete with individual reading lights, power points and a privacy curtain. Each shower room is completely private and has a power shower, toilet and basin. With a large number of shower rooms there should always be one available.

Situated on the hillside behind the main bunkhouse you could choose to stay in one of our new pods. Each has a double bed with pull out sofa bed with en suite shower room and is equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and underfloor heating. The pods look out over the Uig Bay and are the perfect spot for watching the sun set.
